SCOTCHEROOS

THESE DELIGHTFUL BITES OF YUMMY-NESS ARE A FAMILY FAVORITE.  THEY ARE QUICK AND EASY TO MAKE AND DEVOURED IN NO TIME.

6 cups rice Krispies
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips

Melt the P.B., corn syrup, and sugar over medium heat until it begins to boil. Remove from heat and stir in rice crispies. Pour into pan. In a sauce pan, melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips. Pour over rice crispies. I like to put them in the fridge for a little while to help the chocolate harden.
