CHILI LIME SALMON

THIS IS A YUMMY LOW FAT  DRESSING FOR FOR ANY FISH.

1 Packet sugar substitute
1/8 tsp. chili powder
2- 4-6 oz salmon fillets
1/8 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp fresh lime juice
2 lemon or lime wedges

Mix the sugar substitute, cumin, chili powder and lime juice together.  Spread mixture over the flesh side of the salmon.  Grill salmon, skin side down with cover on grill over medium heat until fish flakes easily with a fork.  Do not turn salmon,
Serve with lemon or lime wedge
Serving size 1 fillet
