CORN, CORN, CORN

IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR FOR FRESH CORN AND OUR FRIENDS, THE LANDONS, SELL THE BEST CORN AROUND. TRINA WAS KIND ENOUGH TO SHARE HER RECIPE ON HOW TO FREEZE THIS CORN, AND COME WINTER IT WILL TASTE AMAZING.

4 CUPS CORN CUT OFF COB
BOIL:
1 CUP WATER
1/2 CUP BUTTER
1/4 TSP SALT
ADD CUT CORN TO BOILING WATER AND
BUTTER, BOIL FOR 4 MINUTES. BAG IN FREEZER BAGS, 2 CUPS PER BAG. PUT BAG IN ICE WATER TO BLANCH. LAY OUT FLAT TO FREEZE, THIS TAKES UP LESS SPACE IN YOUR FREEZER
