MADDOX TOMATO SOUP

FOR ANYONE WHO DOESN'T LIVE IN UTAH AND KNOW ABOUT MADDOX, IT IS A GREAT RESTAURANT IN BRIGHAM CITY/PERRY, NOT SURE WHICH. ANYWAY, WHERE THERE IS A GOOD SOUP THERE IS USUALLY A GOOD COPY CAT RECIPE AND THIS IS A YUMMY RECIPE FOR THE FAMOUS "MADDOX TOMATO SOUP". ENJOY!
2 LARGE CARROTS CHOPPED FINE
1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED FINE
2 STOCKS CELERY CHOPPED FINE
1 LB GROUND BEEF BROWNED AND DRAINED (YOU CAN ALSO USE JOHNSONVILLE HOT SAUSAGE, COOKED AND DRAINED.)
2 CANS ITALIAN STEWED TOMATOES
1 LARGE CAN TOMATO JUICE
3/4 CUP KETCHUP
2 TBSP BUTTER
1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1 TSP GARLIC SALT
1 TSP ITALIAN SEASONING
1 TSP SEASON-ALL SEASONING
1/3 CUP BAG MACARONI

BROWN GROUND BEEF. YOU CAN PRECOOK VEGGIES IN THE MICROWAVE TO SAVE TIME. ADD JUICE, TOMATOES, KETCHUP, BUTTER, SUGAR AND SEASONINGS. COOK DOWN, ADD COOK MACARONI BEFORE SERVING.
