DON'T BE AFRAID OF THE GIANT ZUCCHINI!!!!!

NEXT TIME SOMEONE GIVES YOU A GIANT ZUCCHINI DON'T BE AFRAID, USE IT TO MAKE THIS ZUCCHINI BISQUE AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED...I GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER GIANT ZUCCHINI.
10 cups zucchini. (Unpeeled if you want a nice green color)
1 large onion, chopped
1 cube butter
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup half & half
salt & white pepper to taste
1 dash nutmeg
Simmer everything except the cream until squash & onion are tender. Blend until smooth, add cream. We topped with a few seasoned croutons.
