ALMOND CHICKEN SALAD


3 Cups chicken, cooked and shredded
1 Cup cabbage, shredded
1/2-3/4 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 1/2 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Milk to desired consistency

Combine first four ingredients in mixing bowl. Add dressing ingredients and toss together.
Before serving add the almonds. Serve in halved avacados.
