TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE

TUNA NOODLE IS A CLASSIC COMFORT FOOD THAT I ENJOYED AS A CHILD.  YEARS AGO I FOUND THIS RECIPE ON A BOX OF MAC AND CHEESE AND IT IS THE ONLY WAY THAT I WILL MAKE TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE NOW.  IT IS EASY AND YUMMY AND WHO DOESN'T USUALLY HAVE A BOX OF MAC AND CHESSE ON THE SHELF?  NOW THAT I AM PUTTING THIS RECIPE ON THE BLOG I CAN FINALLY GET RID OF MY LAST BOX OF MAC AND CHEESE THAT I HAVE BEEN HOLDING ONTO FOR THE RECIPE, THAT HAS BEEN SITTING ON MY SHELF FOR YEARS.

1BOX MAC AND CHEESE DINNER
1/2 CUP MILK
1-6 OZ CAN TUNA
1- 10 1/2 OZ CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1 SMALL CAN PEAS  I ADD  FROZEN PEAS TO THE  PASTA WATER JUST BEFORE IT IS
DONE COOKING.

PREPARE MAC AND CHEESE DINNER AS DIRECTED ON PACKAGE
stir in soup and milk
gently stir in tuna and peas
Heat to serving temp.
I like to put crunched up chips or something crunchy on the top and put it  in the oven at 350 until it is bubbly.
