PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING

AN EASY WAY TO TAKE A PLAIN BOX BROWNIE TO A DELICIOUS BROWNIE.

6 TBS. BUTTER
3/4 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
COMBINE BUTTER AND PEANUT BUTTER IN A BOWL AND BEAT ON MEDIUM HIGH TIL SMOOTH, ABOUT 2 MINUTES. BLEND IN THE POWDERED SUGAR AND A PINCH OF SALT ON LOW SPEED AND INCREASE TO MEDIUM HIGH AND WHIP TIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY AND COMPLETELY SMOOTH ABOUT 3-4 MINUTES
