TACO BEEF POUCH POTATOES

A DIFFERENT TAKE ON TIN FOIL DINNERS THAT CAN BE COOKED IN YOUR OVEN OR ON YOUR OUTDOOR GRILL.
4 HEAVY SHEET OF TIN FOIL EACH 12 INCH SQUARES
4 MEDIUM POTATOES CUT INTO 1/2 INCH CUBES
1 LB GROUND BEEF
7 OUNCE CAN WHOLE KERNEL CORN
1 PACKET TACO SEASONING
4 OUNCES SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
HEAT OVEN TO 450 DEG.
IN A BOWL, MIX POTATOES, GROUND BEEF, CORN AND TACO SEASONING.
PLACE EQUAL PORTIONS ABOUT 1 1/2 CUP EACH, ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDES OF THE FOIL SQUARES.  FOLD LEFT SIDE OF FOIL OVER MIXTURE. DOUBLE FOLD EDGES LEAVING ROOM FOR HEAT TO CIRCULATE.  PLACE ON BAKING SHEET IN THE CENTER OF THE OVEN.  BAKE FOR 35 MINUTES.  OPEN POUCHES WITH SCISSORS BY CUTTING A CROSS IN THE TOP.  TOP THE CONTENTS OF EACH POUCH WITH 1/4 CUP OF THE CHEESE, SALSA, SOUR CREAM OR ANY OTHER CONDIMENTS THAT YOU LIKE.
