SOUR CREAM CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream
4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
milk chocolate chips

Bake at 400 degrees 8-10 minutes, till brown on the bottom..
